Castleblayney Tidy Towns Community Big Clean
Castleblayney Tidy Towns committee are hosting their Big Clean Fortnight commencing on Monday 23rd April. Community groups, Residential Groups and individuals are being asked to
get involved and gather some volunteers.
The Tidy Towns committee works hard to improve the local environment in our community by working with local businesses, local residents groups, local schools and interested individuals to create a clean and safe place to live and work for future generations.
If you are interested in making our town a better place to live in and have a few free hours please join in.

Public Consultation Workshop on the Draft Monaghan County Development Plan
A Public Consultation Worksop on the County Development Plan 2019-2025 which includes Settlement Plans for all of the Towns & Villages in County Monaghan will take place on
Tuesday 17th April in the Gatehouse, Market Square, Castleblayney from 6pm to 8pm.
This is an informal drop in workshop to enable everyone to talk with Council Officials on matters contained in the Draft Monaghan County Development Plan 2019-2025.

Cake Sale and Coffee Morning
The Muckno Mania Festival Committee are holding a Cake Sale and Coffee Morning this coming Sunday 15th April between 10am and 1pm in the Scout Hall, York Street, Castleblayney.
Join the Muckno Mania Committee for some delicious baked goods and a cup of coffee to help raise funds for this year’s 20th Muckno Mania Festival.
Muckno Mania Festival is planned and implemented by a Committee of local people in Castleblayney and is run under the auspices of Castleblayney Community Enterprise. The Festival Programme includes a variety of activities aimed at all sections of the community and primarily promotes arts, music, dance, creative arts, sports, and crafts.
